The manufuturing process of trisodium phosphate

 　　The production process of trisodium phosphate are as follows:

　　1) To ferro-phosphorus powder and sodium carbonate as raw materials, mixing and drying them.

　　2) Mixed powder (from step 1) be roasted in 450-650 °c for at least 2 hours , using the washing water of filter cake to absorb the gas from roasting to form sodium orthophosphate solution of P2O5,

　　3) Materials after low roasting in step 2 be roasted in 700-850 °c for 1 ~ 4 hours, using the washing water of filter cake to absorb the gas from roasting to form odium orthophosphate solution of P2O5

　　4) Materials (from step 3) be leached in 80 to 90 degrees for at least 1 hour, filtering to obtain filter cake and filtrate,

　　5) Washing and drying the filter cake to obtain red ferric chloride

　　6) Obtaining trisodium phosphate solution by mixing the sodium orthophosphate solution from step 2 and 3 with the filtrate from step 4,then form trisodium phosphate after concentration,crystallization and drying.
